Smooth, savory, spicy, and sweet - Cranberry Jalapeno Dip has all the right flavors! This easy-to-make dip features a simple fresh cranberry and jalapeno pepper salsa blended with cream cheese.
Add the cranberries, scallion, jalapeno, lime juice, sugar and salt to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse un the ingredients are finely chopped.
Drain away the excess liquid from the cranberry mixture by sieving into a bowl.
Add the cream cheese to the bowl of an electric stand mixer with the whisk attachment fitted. Whip for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add half of the cranberry mixture to the cream cheese and mix well to combine.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into your serving bowl of choice, then layer the remaining cranberry mixture on top. Garnish with some extra jalapeno if desired.
