TIPS AND TRICKS FOR AIR FRYER BREAKFAST POTATOES
- I enjoy the seasonings of this recipe, but many different types of seasoning can be used to change things up. Try Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning, or any other blend that you like.
- LOVE heat? Add some hot sauce to the potatoes, red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper!
- Shake Shake Shake! Be sure to stop the air fryer and shake or stir the potatoes a couple of times while cooking. This helps to prevent sticking!
- Make ahead? You can peel and cube the potatoes ahead of time, just store in water. BUT do not season the potatoes until you are ready to cook. If you add salt it can draw out moisture.
