Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder and boiling water together until no lumps can be seen.
Add sweetener and vanilla essence to matcha mixture and stir to combine.
Fill a glass with ¼ cup of ice.
Pour in matcha mixture, followed by coconut milk. Stir and drink immediately!
