Instructions
Rinse rice to remove any dirt. Inspect to make sure there aren't any pieces that need to be removed.
Add rice to Instant Pot with water, oil, and salt.
Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 4 minutes. Be sure to seal the valve and lock the lid.
Once the timer goes off, let the pot naturally release for 12 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer your rice less sticky, let Instant Pot naturally release for 10 minutes before quick release.
