Ingredients

quinoa

cup
water
or vegetable broth

teaspoon
salt

oil
Instructions
Start by rinsing the quinoa. Remove any unwanted pieces, and strain out the water.
Add quinoa to the Instant Pot.
Add water or vegetable broth.
Add salt and oil. Stir to combine.
Lock the Instant Pot and set knob to seal. Press manual, then select high pressure. Set timer for 1 minute.
Once timer goes off, let Instant Pot naturally release for 12 minutes. Carefully quick release remaining pressure.
Fluff quinoa with a fork before serving.
