This Malibu Barbie Drink is an easy tropical cocktail made with Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, and grenadine. It is sweet, fruity, colorful, and ready in just 5 minutes!
Fill a glass (lowball or highball– up to you) with ice. The key to layering this drink is to pour slowly so you don’t disturb the colors. First pour in the grenadine.
Slowly pour in the Malibu Coconut Rum, then top with pineapple juice.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry. Enjoy immediately.
