Ingredients

canned coconut cream
⅓
cup
coconut sugar

tablespoons
cocoa powder

teaspoons
agar agar
⅓
cup
dark chocolate
chopped

Instructions
In a saucepan, whisk together coconut cream, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and agar agar, Heat over low until simmering.
Once it's simmering, add chopped dark chocolate and took another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously, until smooth and slightly thickened.
Pour into 2 or 4 glasses and allow mixture to cool slightly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Leftovers can last up to 10 days covered in the refrigerator.
