Vegan Panna Cotta

  • In a saucepan, whisk together coconut cream, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and agar agar, Heat over low until simmering.
  • Once it's simmering, add chopped dark chocolate and took another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously, until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Pour into 2 or 4 glasses and allow mixture to cool slightly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
