Ingredients

  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz vodka
  • ⅓ cup sprite ⅓-1/2 cup - enough to fill the glass
  • Lemon Wheel optional garnish
  • cherry optional garnish

Instructions

  • Add the blue curacao, peach schnapps, and vodka to a highball glass and stir to combine.

  • Next fill the glass with ice and top with sprite. Garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry and enjoy.

Notes

  • Peach schnapps adds a bit of sweet fruity flavor to the drink. If you really love peach, you can add in a slice or two of frozen peaches instead of ice cubes!
  • Love that brilliant blue? Blue curacao has a subtle citrus flavor but in this drink, we love it for its distinct blue color!  
  • Vodka is in this cocktail to add extra alcohol! Feel free to add as much or as little vodka as you like. 
  • Wondering about the Sprite? Sprite adds sweetness and effervescence to the cocktail. Any lemon-lime soda will work!
