Ingredients

cashews
soaked in hot water for 30 minutes or in room temperature water overnight

lemon juice

wholegrain mustard

garlic powder

soy sauce
Instructions
Boil water, and soak the cashew in hot water for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, rinse and drain the cashews.
Add cashews, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, and soy sauce to a blender. Blend on medium speed until you get a smooth texture.
Notes
Vegan Caesar dressing can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
