Instructions
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir to combine until no lumps remain.
Fold in chocolate chips until just combined.
Pour batter into ceramic coffee mugs or ramekins. Microwave for 65 seconds. To use an oven, preheat to 180 degrees F and bake about 15 minutes.
Let set 3 to 5 minutes before eating.
