Dragon Sauce

soy sauce
(gluten free if needed)

Instructions
Mix together the cornstarch and 2 tbsp of the water in a small bowl. Set aside.
Add the oil to a saucepan and heat on a medium setting. Fry the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the cornstarch slurry followed by all remaining ingredients. Stir well, bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of chili flakes to your spice preference.
Store dragon sauce in a jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
