Pumpkin Air Fryer French Toast

This air fryer french toast is the perfect addition to your busy weekday morning or your lazy Saturday brunch. The taste of this air fryer french toast is elevated by the addition of some pumpkin puree.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 T Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 slices bread (I used gluten-free)
  • syrup, whipping cream, syrup optional


  • Whisk the eggs together with the pumpkin pie spice.
  • Spray basket of air fryer with oil.
  • Dip the bread sticks into the egg mixture, place into air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 360 degrees F for 4 minutes. Then gently flip and cook another 4 minutes.
  • Top with syrup, whipping cream and more pumpkin pie spice. ENJOY!
