This Mermaid Water Drink is full of tropical flavor that will make you feel like you are sipping the cocktail on the beach! It is a brilliant, beautifully colored cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 oz blue curacao
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 4-6 oz pineapple juice enough to fill the glass
- lime wheel or pineapple wedge optional garnish
Instructions
- Add the blue curacao, coconut rum and spiced rum to a lowball glass.

- Stir to combine, then add lime juice.

- Fill the glass with ice and top with pineapple juice.

- Garnish with a lime wheel or pineapple wedge and enjoy.
