These Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers are insanely delicious. They are a spicy and mouth-watering snack! Oven instructions provided too!
WHAT MAKES THESE AIR FRYER JALAPENO POPPERS SO GOOD?
- These air fryer jalapeno poppers are insanely delicious with only a few ingredients! We are talking simple ingredients: jalapenos, cream cheese, fresh parsley and breadcrumbs.
- You can prep these air fried jalapeno poppers ahead of time. Stuff peppers, top with breading and keep in fridge until you are ready to cook later. This is helpful if you are feeding a crowd.
- Great for most eating restrictions. You can easily make these vegan jalapeno poppers and also make them gluten-free by using gf breadcrumbs!
- These air fryer poppers are light! Just a little bit of oil added to the tops, helps to crisp up the bread crumbs and add flavor, but doesn't weight down the poppers with heavy grease!
TIPS FOR MAKING AIR FRYER JALAPENO POPPERS
- Can be frozen. We have frozen these air fryer jalapeno poppers several times. Depending on how much moisture the pepper has, it might get a little soggy when reheating, but it still tastes amazing!
- After picking out your peppers, cut off the tops, and don't forget that you need to de-seed them! Important step! And another little tip...Wear gloves when doing this step. SO many times I've cut open that jalapeno pepper, then forget and wiped my eyes later....the pain! It seriously will burn for hours.
- Don't have bread crumbs? You can finely grind tortilla chips in your food processor to create a delicious naturally gluten-free topping! Or you can crush them by hand

I hope that he enjoys!
I have been really curious about air fryer since we try to eat healthier. We generally grill our jalapenos but this looks like an amazing option for us since we have celiac.
We LOVE our airfryer and yes it is such a great option since we can't usually get safe fried food dining out! Give it a try!
I have wanted to get an air fryer for the longest time! This recipe makes me want one even more, but my husband might kill me with another kitchen appliance.
It is worth it, I love mine!
i love our air fryer! i use it multiple times a week. everything turns out so well. i'll have to try this recipe out.
I know I love mine too! Such tasty recipes we can make with it!
I'm making these tonight with peppers from my garden. I'll add some cheddar to the cream cheese mixture, but what do you think about subbing green onion for the parsley?
Jayne, I think that would be delicious! Enjoy them!
I absolutely HAVE to try this! I love jalapenos!
Those are fantastic! I love jalapeno poppers. I've been saying I need to get an air fryer, and now I think you just sealed the deal.
Yum! I've had some before and they were delicious. I'm glad you found a gluten free alternative. I'm trying to convince my husband that I need an airfryer. 😉
I need to get an air fryer, I know that my middle would love these. He is a huge fan of eating jalapeno's. I'll have to try to get an air fryer soon and try your recipe idea here for these gluten fere jalapeno poppers!
These look fantastic - I love the idea of the tortilla crumb topping! I tried a recipe years ago that was a total fail, and i'd love to make this one.
I absolutely love my air fryer!! My favorite thing right now is air fried radishes! I will have to try these!
Would you please tell me how to air fry radishes? I would like to try them.
Thanks Ann for your comment and question. That is something that I haven't tried before. Have you had fried radishes before? If so did they have a breading on them? I'd love to learn more!
This looks so delicious. I love spicy food so this is a must try for me!
I love the idea of using an airfryer for these! I also love that they are gluten free! Going to have to give these a try for sure.
I'm not a huge spicy food lover but I bet these are so good! Maybe I could make them with a less spicy option?
I am thinking maybe use a serrano pepper instead? Or another pepper that isn't quite as hot 🙂
I don't like hot pepper so I use cubanelle peppers .......very good! Just used by new Paula Deen 8.5 qt ceramic non-stick XXL Air Fryer...it is awesome. This is my third air fryer ......but first Paula Deen one...first one was too small.....second one drawer feel and was dented and wouldn't close...third one is the charm. Basket finish is ceramic non-stick and easy to clean.....no digital to break. This is the new one for 2018 and they were out of stock for awhile. My only con is Paula could have given us a nice cookbook this one has very few recipes!
Oh, I'll have to check out cubanelle peppers. I just googled it and it looks like the sweet pepper that is growing in my garden. I'll have to try those when they are ripe! Oh, I will have to check out that Paula Dean air fryer too! I think it sounds nice and big!! Yes, a book with it would have been great!
wow it's with chilies. I love them, the spice and the vitamine it contains. I can't wait to try this recipe and I like your article.
Thanks, enjoy!
I have had this at restaurants many times but I never tried this at home. I have an air fryer and now I really want to try your recipe. Looks easy enough!
So easy to make at home!
We just got an Air Fryer and I am absolutely obsessed! It is so easy and amazing to cook delicious recipes. We made simple chicken thighs today and they tasted like I had spend hours marinating them.
Aren't air fryers amazing?! So glad you are loving yours!
These look so good, and I am a vegetarian, so I appreciate a good vegetarian recipe! I do love spicy foods too, although I have definitely had some jalapenos that were too spicy for me. This sounds like a recipe I could make.
I hope that you enjoy!
I used to love jalapeno poppers, but, since I've been eating healthier, the old version seems super heavy to me. I really love what you did and think that I'm going to try them your way. Look completely amazing!!!
Thank you Debra!
Yum! I'll consider buying an air fryer because of this. I am sure this recipe will be a hit.
Thanks!
I have a feeling that I am getting an air fryer for Christmas. I keep talking about them and my stepmom has been listening.
