STRAWBERRY ALMOND MILK RECIPE
Forget chocolate milk — strawberry milk was my go-to drink as a kid. This Strawberry Almond Milk brings me right back to those days with so much nostalgia in a glass! There's no artificial ingredients or dyes here though. Just natural strawberries, almond milk, and a pinch of sweetness.
This easy drink recipe lasts all week and is perfect for breakfast meal prep! You can even change it up with different fresh fruit for a new spin on this classic. Sometimes, you just need a glass of pink milk to lift your spirits and your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS IN STRAWBERRY ALMOND MILK
Strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries for this recipe. I like to thaw them when I use frozen so the syrup cooks faster and more evenly.
Coconut sugar: This adds the perfect natural sweetness to the almond strawberry milk! You can always add your favorite granulated sweetener or skip it for a low-sugar version.
Almond milk: Use your favorite store-bought brand or make it at home for a totally homemade drink! You can also try macadamia milk or make it nut free with oat milk.
Vanilla extract: Yes, there's alcohol in extracts, but there's just a pinch in this strawberry almond milk recipe! It adds a great natural sweetness and extra depth of flavor to the drink.
