- 12 cooled hard boiled eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel the hard boiled eggs and slice them into halves.
- Carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Add the yolks and all remaining ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blitz until smooth.
