Book review of Pure and Simple Paleo
I was recently asked to check a new ebook called Pure and Simple Paleo: a Low Starch Cookbook.
With all companies and authors, I like to get to know the face behind the product. Andrea's story is nothing short of amazing. She has lived with ankylosing spondylitis, AS, for over 16 years. When she was diagnosed with AS a significant portion of her spine had already fused into “bamboo spine”. She had seen numerous doctors for various problems and had shrunk 3 inches in height as she developed kyphosis (a hunched forward spine), and scoliosis (a sideways curve in the spine), and osteoporosis in her spine and hips. Throughout her journey she never once suspected an autoimmune disease was working away inside her body. There is more to her amazing story, but I'll save that for you to read when you check out her site and her book. Her story and eating transformation is very exciting!
This cookbook is full of everything you need! It has 130 Recipes!!
All recipes are:
- Grain-Free
