Absolutely! And in all honesty, it’s one of my favorite ways to enjoy corn. Don’t get me wrong...I love corn boiled in water or steamed as well, but if you have that chance to get a smokey taste and flavor with your corn, why wouldn't you?

Why use a smoker?
While it is possible to smoke corn without using a smoker, it’s just really, really simple to use one if you can.
The smoker that we have is this one, the Silverbac Wood Pellet Grill. I love it because you can actually change up the taste of the smokey flavoring by varying up the flavor of wood pellets that you’re going to use.
We’ve used all different types, but oak and cherry are some of our favorites. I also love the strength and durability of this smoker. It’s made from stainless steel so it stands up to the heat and holds in the heat really well also.
The great part is that you can use any type of food-grade pellets in this smoker as well as they don’t have to be a certain type.
(and we use this smoker all the time! We’ve smoked all sorts of vegetables out in this smoker!)
