INGREDIENTS IN BROCCOLI CRANBERRY SALAD
Broccoli - Chop your broccoli into small florets to make this salad, so that it's easy to eat.
Cheddar - I like a nice sharp cheese for this, cut into small cubes.
Dried Cranberries - These things are so tangy and sweet, a perfect pairing with the broccoli and cheese.
Red Onion - I love the bright, fresh bite that red onion adds.
