Malibu Barbie Drink
This Malibu Barbie Drink has a classic beachy flavor, thanks to coconut rum. Paired with some pineapple juice and grenadine for some sweetness, this Malibu Barbie Drink will quickly become your favorite cocktail!
Ingredients
- ½ oz grenadine
- 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- Pineapple Wedge optional
- Cherry optional
Instructions
- Fill a glass (lowball or highball– up to you) with ice. The key to layering this drink is to pour slowly so you don’t disturb the colors. First pour in the grenadine.
- Then top with coconut rum and lastly with pineapple juice.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry. Enjoy immediately.
