No Bake Cookie Dough Bites
Equipment

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp milk
- ¾ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Beat the butter and sugars in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a thick dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix to distribute them through the cookie dough.
- Take small chunks of the dough (about 1 tbsp each) and roll into balls with your hands.
- Push a few extra chocolate chips onto the outside of the balls if desired.
