From coffee cakes to the best oatmeal cookies, you can make so many things with just ground flaxseed and water. This flaxseed egg recipe brings that perfect gooey raw egg texture to bind together any batter or bread without any eggs.
INGREDIENTS IN FLAX EGG
Flaxseed: The main ingredient is ground flaxseed! I use these in all my smoothies and salads, but they're perfect for egg-free baking, too!
Water: I always use filtered water in my recipes. If doubling the recipe, just use a 3:1 water to flaxseed ratio.

HOW TO MAKE A FLAX EGG
- First, add your ground flaxseed to a medium-sized bowl.

- To combine, whisk it together quickly until it's all dissolved.
