INGREDIENTS IN MATCHA DALGONA
Egg white - If you want to make this a vegan Dalgona Matcha you can use aquafaba or the thick coconut cream from the top of a "can" of coconut milk after it has been refrigerated. Both options make for a great whipped matcha!
Sweetener - You can use your favorite sweetener here. You can use stevia, monk fruit, granulated sugar, etc
Matcha powder - You can use your favorite brand of matcha powder. If you aren't sure where to start, this brand is good.
Coconut milk - I love coconut milk, but you can use your favorite milk here. I've also made this with Hemp Milk and nut milk.

I've been loving the drink recipes you've been posting lately! They are all super easy and super delicious! My husband has been into making matcha since quarantine, so we had the powder already. Some organic kind from amazon 🙂 I made this with the thick coconut cream from the can instead of egg whites. I always keep a can in the fridge (you taught me that, ha!) So I was ready to go. I used my hand held mixer to help and it turned out great! Seriously easy! Oh, I used monk fruit sweetener too!
Hi Beth, you are so kind! Thank you for coming back and letting me know how it turned out and what you used! So glad you've been loving the drinks we've been posting!
