What if I don’t have pumpkin pie spice?
I did top our Pumpkin Air Fryer French Toast with some pumpkin spice. Pumpkin pie spice in this recipe just makes it easier. Did you know that pumpkin pie spice is made up of: cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. So if you do not have any pumpkin pie spice on hand but you have the other spices, you can add those in!
How to make pumpkin air fryer french toast:

Whisk the eggs together with the pumpkin pie spice.

Spray basket of air fryer with oil.

Dip the bread sticks into the egg mixture, place into air fryer basket.

Cook at 360 degrees F for 4 minutes. Then gently flip and cook another 4 minutes.

Top with syrup, whipping cream and more pumpkin pie spice. ENJOY!

- 2 T Pumpkin Puree
- 4 slices bread (I used gluten-free)
- syrup, whipping cream, syrup optional

I don’t see when you add the 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree. I assume it’s with the 2 eggs and pumpkin pie spice. It wasn’t included with the directions...

With they egg dipped bread does it not have the egg run to the bottom side of the bread like in the fry pan ?
