Oat Milk Latte is a delicious, easy to make morning drink that will make you feel like you are drinking a fancy coffeeshop beverage!
OAT MILK LATTE RECIPE
Love having a hot beverage in the morning but want to change up your routine? That's what I recently did! I keep switching back and forth between this Oat Milk Latte and my other favorite, the Turmeric Latte.
Just think: steaming hot, flavorful and creamy! Those are three words I'd use to describe this Oat Milk Latte! You can certainly change up the taste by adding in some other spices! Think pumpkin spice, gingerbread or even matcha flavors!
INGREDIENTS FOR AN OAT MILK LATTE
Oat milk - This one is pretty self explanatory! I prefer to use unsweetened oat milk.
Espresso shots - If you don't have an expresso machine or a way to make expresso, you can sub in 1 Tablespoon of instant coffee. Like it strong? Add another tablespoon. Or you can simply use ½ cup of coffee brewed from the coffee pot!
Ground cinnamon - This spice is a friend when it comes to being anti-inflammatory and also being an antioxidant! Its also been said to help lower blood sugar!
Maple syrup - Not only is this a sweetener, but it also has many benefits as well, just like the above spices. If you are looking for a sugar free option, try this sugar free maple syrup!
Vanilla extract - You probably already have this in your pantry! Just a dash of this will help to add depth to the flavors.

- Pour your milky mixture into two mugs and then add 1 shot of espresso in each mug.

Notes: If you want to add some oat milk foam, warm some milk then immerse your frothing wand in the milk and turn on until frothed to your liking. With a spoon take some of the foam and top your oat milk latte.

This is so tasty! I wasn't sure if I could pull off a "fancy coffeehouse" drink at home but I did, thanks to your recipe! This one is a keeper, it was SO good!
If the drink has espresso in it, it's a caffè latte because "latte" just means "milk", not a coffee beverage. It's an Italian word, not an English one. It comes from the Latin word "lac" as in "lactose". Notice the similarity with Spanish "leche", French "lait", and Portuguese "leite". As with most non-English words, other countries, especially English-speaking countries, use the term incorrectly. With that said, Caffè latte made with oat milk or Oat Caffè Latte is divine! I like how you served it.
Thank you Memoria!
