TURMERIC LATTE RECIPE
When it comes morning, this girl wants and needs a hot drink. I've been switching up my typical coffee with some new beverage recipes.
My routine has been switching between this turmeric latte and an oat milk latte. I love the frothy creaminess of both recipes! If you like matcha, you might want to try our Whipped Matcha Dalgona!

INGREDIENTS IN TURMERIC LATTES
Plant milk - You can use any type of milk here. If you consume dairy, you can use cow's milk. Additionally, almond, flax and macadamia nut milk work great in this recipe.
Turmeric powder - Turmeric has many appealing factors. It has been said that tis is a natural anti-inflammatory agent and it is a very powerful antioxidant!
Ground cinnamon - This spice is also a friend when it comes to being anti-inflammatory and also being an antioxidant! Its also been said to help lower blood sugar!
Maple syrup - Not only is this a sweetener, but it also has many benefits as well, just like the above spices. If you are looking for a sugar free option, try this sugar free maple syrup!
Vanilla extract - You probably already have this in your pantry! Just a dash of this will help to add depth to the flavors.
Espresso (optional) - You can add in a shot of espresso to make this a Turmeric Coffee. Don't have espresso on hand? You can add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee.
