INGREDIENTS IN VEGAN CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Vegan butter: I like to soften my vegan butter to give my cream cheese frosting a firmer consistency. You can also melt it, but the icing will be thinner.
Vegan cream cheese: This tangy non-dairy cream cheese is so much like the original! You want it to be softened for the smoothest cream cheese frosting.
Vanilla extract: Vanilla is the key flavor in so many baked goods. A little goes a long way with this extract, so be careful.
Powdered sugar: This simple sweetener takes your frosting from runny to fluffy! Be sure to add a little bit of time. You can always add, but you can’t remove!

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN FROSTING PIPE-ABLE?
The key to clean piping is not what you’d think!
First, you want a solid, firm frosting. I sometimes add a little extra powdered sugar to get it extra thick.
Then, you want it super cold! Throw it in the fridge for a few minutes before piping. Warm frosting is runny frosting.
