INGREDIENTS FOR VEGAN CAESAR SALAD
Romaine lettuce: Traditionally, a Caesar salad is made with crispy romaine lettuce. You can switch it up if you want!
Vegan Caesar dressing: I love this super creamy vegan Caesar dressing recipe. It has all the classic Caesar salad flavor with none of the anchovies.
Croutons: Vegan croutons are so hard to find! You can make croutons at home with old bread, but you can make the best croutons out of tofu! They are perfectly crunchy with plenty of protein, too. Pro tip: For the crispiest tofu croutons, be sure to use a tofu press!
Vegan Parmesan cheese: If you have not made vegan Parm yet, you are in for a treat! It only takes a few minutes, and you can sprinkle it on anything.

When it comes to hearty salad recipes, making things ahead of time does not always work. However, you can mix the dry ingredients together ahead of time! When it is time to eat, just toss them in dressing and serve.
Do not try to store leftovers with vegan Caesar dressing on them. The salad unfortunately will wilt very fast.
