This sounds so good! I'm beginning to think I need an air fryer - too bad Christmas is so far away lol!
We have one and use it a lot, meat, vegs, pies, cakes etc. BUT, it’s an Emeril Lagosse-double doors-the sm round one are not as useable. If I’m baking I let it preheat and turn the fan off as it can really get brown on top.
Corn on the cob is one of my favorite summer treats! Looks perfect for BBQ parties!
Just tried this with our evening meal. First time I have ever roasted corn. Used lemon infused oil. Will be doing this again soon
Fantastic, glad you liked it. I love the sound of the lemon infused oil!
Wow, what a great way to make corn on the cob! I just sprayed a bit of butter-flavored Pam and added some salt and pepper before cooking, then butter after. Possibly the best corn on the cob I've ever had. Yummy!
Fantastic! So glad you loved it!
Im going to try the butter flavored pam. Thx
Enjoy 🙂
This is a question...not a comment. I know butter isn’t a high heat tolerant oil, but can it be used in the first rub before you cook it? I haven’t used my air frier yet.
That is a great question Caron! I am honestly not sure. I think I would shy away from using the butter prior and stick with the oil which is more high heat tolerant 🙂
Use Ghee. High flash point.
These came out perfect! I can't wait to make these again with dinner.
