Cranberry Jalapeno Dip

- Add the cranberries, scallion, jalapeno, lime juice, sugar and salt to the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse un the ingredients are finely chopped.
- Drain away the excess liquid from the cranberry mixture by sieving into a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese to the bowl of an electric stand mixer with the whisk attachment fitted. Whip for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Add half of the cranberry mixture to the cream cheese and mix well to combine.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into your serving bowl of choice, then layer the remaining cranberry mixture on top. Garnish with some extra jalapeno if desired.
