Watermelon Basil Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Juice of a lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 cups watermelon diced into cubes
- ⅓ cup loosely packed fresh basil chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cucumber diced
- ¼ small red onion sliced
Instructions
