Homemade peppermint bark

This peppermint bark recipe is going to be your new favorite way to make homemade peppermint bark! This easy peppermint bark is made with graham crackers, chocolate and candy canes!

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips 10 oz or larger
  • 5 candy canes


  • Spread parchment paper on a lipped baking sheet.
  • Line up grahams on the cookie sheet on top of the parchment paper.
  • Unwrap candy canes and place into a baggie. Using a wooden rolling pin, smash the candy canes into little pieces.
  • Melt chocolate in a sauce pan over low heat. Stir continually until melted, then gently spread the melted chocolate on top of grams.
  • Top the chocolate layer with the smashed candy cane pieces.
  • Put the cookie sheet into the freezer or let it sit on the counter until the chocolate sets.
  • Once chocolate is set, break the bark into pieces and ENJOY!
