Gluten-Free Mushroom Stuffing
Gluten-Free Stuffing is a must-have for any gluten-free Thanksgiving dinner. This GF stuffing is also a gluten-free dairy-free stuffing as well!
Servings 10 people
- 2 T Butter
- 1 leek Large, diced whites only
- 1 c red onion diced
- 1.5 c celery diced
- 2 c mushrooms sliced
- 6 c Schar Bread cubed
- 2 T Poultry Seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable Broth optional, may need to moistin
Melt butter in skillet.
Put cubed bread into a large bowl.
Saute onion, leek, mushrooms and celery until soft. Combine skillet mixture with bread mixture.
Mix in spices and season with salt and pepper.
**If your stuffing is not moist at this point, you can add in some vegetable broth.
Bake in a lightly oiled casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.ENJOY!
